I was trying to connect TEC-9100 to Labview but I couldn't find the right driver. I tried to in IDN no luck.

You mean IDNet? You're right, there isn't one. That device apparently uses Modbus, so you can use the Modbus library to talk to it.

I am very new to this Labview, and I have try to communicate this modbus with labview but I couldn't. Can you suggest a good place that I can start from scratch?
Thank you
Did you read over the document for which I provided a link?
Yes I have read that and tried to add some examples following this link
file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/gebiurg/Local%20Settings/Temp/readme.html
and this
http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/4756
So far no luck.
Your first link points to your hard drive. Unless you want us to hack into your computer, we can't see this.
Define "doesn't work". What did you try?
Now I have added the Library. I can see modbus. Here is where I am and stuck. I have connected the TEC-9100 to PC using RS232 connecting to RS485 adapter. I am confused now what to write so the LabVIEW can communicate with this device. I was trying to use VISA Open, Write, Read and Close. I guess I am in the wrong way.
Thank you for your help

It might be hard for you
. I guess you just logged in wanna say whatever you want to say. If you don't have a specific answer for it just at least be just gentle. Please try to Google how to be gentle.
Its tiresome when people don't make an effort to help themselves.
