You right-click on the scale marker and set to color and desired value. In this case, select the low marker (currently zero) and type -300, the select the high marker and set it to 300.

For setting the colors in a visual manner, you want to use 'Color Table Generator.vi' (also included with LabVIEW and you can find it at 'Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 20XX\examples\general\graphs\intgraph.llb\Color Table Generator.vi') and 'Color Table' property node (check the attached modified VI).

hi hamedi,
a property node should do the trick:
right click (on intensity graph) > create > property node > z-axis > range > maximum or minimum
then wire maximum to maximum and minimum to minimum

There are many properties for the Z scale. What you are looking for are high color, low color, and marker values. The last one wants an array of clusters, each containing a value and a color. All these can be set programmatically. You can add or remove value color pairs, change their color, change their value, etc. Here's one way to change the range of the axis.

This thread is already marked as solved and your problem seems different. You should start a new thread instead.
(In any case, look into unflatten pixmap and write to spreadsheet file. See how far you get.)
