i must saving a element of array of cluster in a file, and increment the index of element and written the data in a new file.

Look at Index Array, and Unbundle Cluster functions.

Use shift registers to store values between loop iterations.

Your question is not very clear.  You would need to post an example of the data structure you have as well as a clearer description about what you want to extract from it.
