Question about "LabVIEW RT Vision Development Bundle"

Solved!
Go to solution

Is there a difference between:

a) LabVIEW RT Vision Development Bundle (Part # 779324-03) and

b.1) LabVIEW RT plus

b.2) NI Vision Development Module?

Meaning, is (a) simply a bundle of (b.1) and (b.2)?

Thank you.  That answers my question.

Also, I would suggest that you add this information somewhere on your website -- probably, you should create a product page for this bundle.  FYI, I did a pretty extensive search (for LabVIEW RT Vision Development Bundle and 779324-03) and was unable to find any anything.

Thanks,

Hi Jim,

I agree with you.  I had a hard time finding information about this on the site as well.  I will make sure that marketing is made aware of this.

thanks for the feedback

Hello Jim,

Thank you so much for the feedback!

Actually, we are already in the process of implementing this and even rolling out new pages even for the run-times licenses.

Also, the new real-time Embedded Vision System Data Sheet explains the bundle, and we definitely are looking into making this clearer for all of our real-time vision systems. (After the crazyness of NI Week & Vision summit).  You'll notice that there is a difference between the price of the bundle and adding each individual component.

Thanks once again!
