There are several examples shipped with LabVIEW concerning Word and Excel :

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2010\examples\office

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2010\examples\comm\ExcelExamples.llb

In aboue code just add save vi and delete vi then all is done... It will give the output just exactly you have shown in Ur doc file...

pals
