compiler errror 6 now vi run bad on cRio

Hello

I am trying to test some vis on a cRio 9074, and in the logfile are endless lines a la

VI_BROKEN (0): [VI "SubVIs.lvlib:Transmission Data Unit.lvclass:Transmission Data Unit.ctl" (0x01a4c840)]
VirtualInstrument::SetOrClearBadVILibrary - now VI is bad on [VI "SubVIs.lvlib:Transmission Data Unit.lvclass:Transmission Data Unit.ctl" (0x01a4c840)]
this->flags=36708864, compilerError=6

and it does not comunicate at all. What could that be? Error 6 has to do with files not found?

Regards,

Steffen

Steffen01,

Can you explain more what you mean by "it does not communicate at all"? Can you connect to your cRIO and just can't get the information/data you want? Or can you not connect to the cRIO at all?

If you can connect to your cRIO, can you try to upload and run the template (Create new project >> Sample Projects >> CompactRIO)? This will help determine if there is an issue with your project, or with the cRIO (maybe some software got corrupted and it needs to be reformatted).

Has this project ever worked? If so, what changes were made and when did it quit working? Are you upgrading? Or have you moved libraries around on your computer?

Regards,

hello,

it did work, but its in hybrid mode. Essentially connection stops after about one minute. FPGA does not start. Eventually we got it to work. I guess in the long run its better to put the FPGA parts on a 9144 chassis and the scan mode parts on the 9074. Each little change on the cRio side is painful to get it all going again in hybrid mode.
