comparing time

I want to compare the time to display working shift like Morning 7:15 to 14:00 is A shift and 14:00 to 22:30 - B shift . Please some one give the solution.

What should the result be for times before 7:15 or after 22:30? Please provide a complete problem specifications. 😉

Yes, the code by .:aCe:. is an over-interpretation of the incomplete problem specification by Anilkumar. It was not specified what should happen in the exception case. In any case, I am sure there is a significantly simpler solution. 😉
