I need to simulate a "broadband vibration generator with random phase" but I have not idea where to start from.

Can you define what that is?

We use vibration fixtures for Dynamic Stress Testing of cards.  Are you trying to achieve the same? But to create a simulation to generate a profile?  Which will then be used in an actual fixture?

Or did I completely misunderstand your question? 😄
