automatic updating type specifier.

I have a trouble with the type specifier VI refnum of Open VI Reference.
Whenever I changed the loaded VI (Message_MKS FGV.vi), I need to update the specifier refnum by drag-droping manually though the refnum is defined as Type Def.
Is there some convenient way to update the specifier automatically?

You should enable Auto-Update From Typedef Property from the LabVIEW. Please refer to these articles:
