Hi, im wanting to build an application out of my .llb. But have not done since 2004. Currently im using labview 8.6, are there any guides that can help me??

Not meaning to be blunt, but there is the LabVIEW Help. Have you checked that? Presumably you have the Professional version of LabVIEW or you have the Application Builder as a separate add-on.

 

You should only be using LLBs for distribution. You should be converting your LLBs to lvlib. lvlibs are far superior to LLBs, which were (and still are) problematic.

Hi,

 

If you are trying to build applications, please have a look at the attached link which details this process

 

As Smercurio_fc correctly points out, I would recommend including all of your LLBs to lvlib files as you will find distribution much easier.
