Interesting. You hadn't mentioned which LabVIEW version you were using so I was testing this on 8.2. I don't know if that applies to 8.2, as the Runtime Engine installation I was testing on did not have the USI component installed. The only NI software it has was just the LabVIEW Runtime. Perhaps it's just an 8.6 bug.

I've just been asked to create a vi to control 3 axis of motion based on the Baldor Mint activeX, have you got any tips?
