I believe it is not a fixed amount of time but basicly follows the expresion

HowLong = (AmountofTimeToGrade) + ( ShippingTime) + (1_Day X TheNumberOfTimesYouPostTheSameQ)

I sat for my CLAD exam at a testing center and I obtained the result after I hit "done" on the keyboard. They handed me a certificate as I left stating that I passed. The next day NI sent me a PDF of my certificate along with the logo to use on my website. Then a few days later they sent me a hard copy of the certificate.
