Hi Saif, could you attach your code as image? I'm not on my PC right now. Have you try to delete those two DO DAQ Assistant? I recommend you to look at NI Example by click Help>>Find example>>Hardware IO>>daqmx. Hope the example could help you.

Your DAQ task that you setup is also using that same lines yoiu have set up in DAQ Assistant 2 and DAQ Assistant 3.  Then you fail to stop and clear that task when your program ends.

Saif, try to use daq-mx function vi instead of daq express. Open the ni example i told you before and try to build your vi based on those example. You can make your analog measurement in one loop and your digital output in another loop.

I'd recommend a Clear task at the end of the program. LV should handle it, but it's a good standard, just like you'd Open and Close a file or Visa-resource.
