You need to take the LabVIEW tutorial before anything else and then study a bit on string repesentation in LabVIEW, what '\' codes mean, and string representation in a text file. All of your assumptions were incorrect.

It sends all rows for with the modified text file. I have no way to determine whether the instructions you have are correct. That is up to you to determine and debug. You have instrument and the manual.
