Where did my addon libraries go?

I made the "mistake" of allowing the NI popup security patches for LabVIEW2018 to run and now my program that I was working on is broken, unable to find the MGI libraries and NI Modbus libraries, among other things. When I use VI package manager they appear to be still "installed", but I am unable to find them on the pallets, nor can LabVIEW find them when loading. What gives? I can, I guess, use VIPM to unload, and then try and reload, but as I am trying to troubleshoot an customer's problem that was before the changes I am reluctant to add any more variables.  Have others run into this? The files seem to be at their original locations in the NI LabVIEW 2018 folders.

Haven't run into this, but maybe use system restore to revert to before the installation?

My resolution was to look at the error list when attempting to load the project I was working on, and manually, using VI Package Manager, remove and restore the missing libraries. Just another day in the LabVIEW dev world.
