Waveform issue?

Can someone tell me why the bottom graph is different from the top two? The middle and bottom graph should have identical data.

In the bottom graph, rigt click on the graph and select Visible Items---Plot legend

start with plot0, make its color transparent, you will see plot 1
change the color of plot 1 to transparent, you see plot 2
etc..
looks like the plots are overlapped and the graph function is not really interpreting the time stamp as a starting point of plotting the data.

also, if you right click on the bottom graph and enable time stamp (ignore time stamo is not selected), the 2 graphs look the same
