Using the Shared Variable on the network

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm using network published shared variable on the LAN network on diffrent Coputers which have the active firewalls,

When I turn the Firewalls of the computers OFF, I can access to shared variables but when the Firewall is ON I have no access to the Shared variables,

As the company policy I can not turn the computers firewalls OFF,

So would you please help me what setting should I perform on the systems Firewalls so I can access the shared variables.
