Using a Butterworth Filter without phase shift

Hello,

I have found this reference for using a Butterworth filter without phase shift http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/2775 but I can not open the example with LabView 2011.  Can someone help?  The referenced file is attached. 

Is there another or better way to do this?

Attached is a version saved in LV2009.
