Use blinking property node with a pipe indicator from Automation Symbols toolkit

Can I use a blinking property node with a pipe indicator/pump from the Automation Symbols toolkit? How?

I did a quick check. The 2d controls can be set to "blinking" using a property node - same as any boolean. Setting the "blinking" property on the 3d controls doesn't appear to do anything.

Check that - The 3d control does blink - but only when it is True. Looks like that needs some improvement from NI . . .

The blink works just fine for me.

The problem with the 3d control (I checked out a pump), is that the default FALSE color is red. The blinking color is also red, so it didn't appear to blink. You can paint the control another color and it blinks just fine. I couldn't find a way to change the "blink" color. Anyone ???
