Upconvert VI Requests

Hiii , can anyone upconvert the instrument drivers for Ld-controller-3908 manufactured by ILX lightwave from labview 5.1 to labview 8.6 or 9.0. ihave attached the instrument drivers,what i have downloaded from the ni site.

Thanx muks.and i couldnt find the drivers for spectrum analyzer (ANDO AQ315B Or ANDO AQ 6319) and Powermeter (Agilent 81635A).i have searched the NI.com/ Idnet, but no use. if anybody have them please send me (Labview 8 or 8.6).
