Tree Controls

When I create a tree control the default value of the terminal is a string.  How do I make the default value an array of string?  I currently have a tree control that is an array of string and I cannot determine how it got that way and I would like to replace it with a Silver control.

change the selection mode of the tree to "0/1 or more objects"…

Thanks!  Using Selection Mode of "0 or More Items" gave me the desired array of string.  It is curious how the original tree produced this result with Selection Mode set to "0 or 1 Item".
