I'm not sure I really understand your problem. But this can maybe help you:
Absolute time—Displays the numeric object in terms of time elapsed since 12:00 a.m., January 1, 1904, Universal time.
Relative time—Displays the numeric object in terms of hours, minutes, and seconds starting from zero. For example, 100 in decimal equals 1:40 in relative time
[LabView Help].
Maybe is your problem that you obtained dynamic data type. So attached vi shows how to set the time scale in way you want. Th "dt" could be 1/Sampling rate.
