Tank double labels

Hi,

I want a Tank with labels on both its sides. One indicating the percentage filled and the other one Litres. How can I do so?

I mean the numbers which are currently on the left side. I don't know what to call them.

Scale bar? degree label?

Like a diagram with two Y axes, indicating two different units.

If the % axis is static and always goes from 0% to 100%, just use a free label.
