THD in percentage format

Hi Guys:

         I met a problem when i use THD measuring functions , to % format vaule, sometimes the vi outputs a value large than 100, maybe 899,456.....a.s.o ,  any one tell me where the problem is ?

Can you attach a copy of your VI (simplified if it would cause intellectual property issues)? We really need to see the VI to see if we can help.
