System Stability

I would need help solving this. Based on the output on the Front Panel I need to insert a comment whether a system is stable.

Could someone show me the most simple rules to determine whether a system is stable/unstable based on the graph output? SystemGraph Output

"Stable" generally means that as time goes on, the value converges to a constant (or, perhaps, remains in a fixed interval).  The graph you illustrate starts at 0, but as time increases, it appears to "fall off a cliff" with no sign of stopping.  Over the time region 0 .. 10, I would call this "unstable".
