System Config Palette Displayed In Unreadable Text

Hello everyone,

I am having somewhat of a weird issue with my functions palette. For some reason just the functions in the System Configuration Palette (under Measurement I/O) are displayed in various languages and special characters including the detailed help files. I have attached two screenshots that show the issue.

Function Palette Issue

I tried repairing my entire LabVIEW 2018 SP1 installation but that did not seems to fix the issue. All the other palettes are correct it is just the System Configuration Palette. I have another development computer with 2018 SP1 and the sysconfig palette was fine until I loaded up the labVIEW Real-Time Sequencer on CompactRIO sample project.

I have no idea how to fix it some hopefully someone else does. thank you.

That's very strange.  It looks like two separate problems.  Your first figure looks like a "Unicode" switch got flipped, while the second one looks like you installed a Korean (or possibly Chinese) product.

I notice you refer to LabVIEW 2018 SP1.  I haven't seen the SP1 distribution, but have built from the Spring release, with patches bringing me to LabVIEW 2018.0f2.  I hope the bug isn't there ...
