My compare utility may be worth another look. But the LVcompare on the block diagram seems to work in all the testing I did.
Yes, I have separated the source. Some of the problems may be that not all the installations have all the patches. Everything is LV 2016, but without all the patches etc, opening in 64 and 32 does seem to change the VI file somewhat. That is all that SVN needs.
The idea would be to run a utility to revert everything that did not ACTUALLY change before checkin so that we can see clearly what was changed.
