Run web VI using a newer runtime version

I have a piece of equipment which pushes the VI to a webpage. It wants to user runtime 2011:

I have labview 2013 installed on my machine so I can't install LVTRE2011min as it would like me to. 

Sorry if this is a daft question but how can I get around this?

Of course you can. I would install the full runtime, it include the "min".

I get an error saying a newer version is installed and it quits the installer...I saw some other posts that made it sound like I should be able to just install it...

What browser are you using?
