This was reported to R&D (# 43CGK1U4) for further investigation.  Thank you very much for the bug report.  If a possible workaround for this bug is found, I will repost to this forum.

The easiest workaround is to have one or many controls covering the entire pane and then the separators are diaplayed properly.
