Remove rows of empty spaces from a string.

I'm getting '\t' regexp when I convert from array to spreadsheet string. How can I get rid of it?

I have been racking my brain for hours, Is it because of the regexp \t or is it about the for loop creating \r\n\r regexp? I didn't add any regexp but it gives me many carriage return.
