Read From spreadsheet into a table format

I am a new user to LabView. Currently I am doing a sin waveform generation, with a VI that grabs its Y coordinates. I have those data samples being saved into a spreadsheet file. Now I want to open that spreadsheet and store it into a table. Any ideas on how to do this?
