how i can make it without DAQ Assistance

I want PT 100\1000 to covert the temperature to voltage

It's good to solve that homework without using the DAQAssistent: learn DAQmx basics!

Which DAQ device do you have available? Which capabilities does it provide?

What have you learned about using resistors, Ohm's law, and Kirchhoff's rules (aka very basic electronics)?

What have you tried so far?

Did you look at the DAQmx example VIs provided by NI/LabVIEW?
