You need the ELVISmx driver (in a suitable version for your LabVIEW!).

Please check the installed NI software using MAX. Installation is done using NIPM…

After the update of MAX and show the same issue and can't open RC Transient.vi file.

Hi chi,

 

your LabVIEW installation still misses the ELVISmx support for LV2019 (as is shown on your 2nd image)!

Can you show a screenshot of MAX, displaying your installed "Software"?

 

Btw. your VI should look more like this:

Hi chi,

 

MAX (Measurement & Automation eXplorer) is a tool from NI to maintain your (NI) hardware-related configurations. It also can be used to check the installed (NI) software.

Please start MAX, switch to the "Software" tree and make a screenshot!

No, these are not the "program files". These are just items in the Windows start menu…
