Hello. I am new to Labview and want to learn. What a practical exercise in LabView could you recommend me to make it have continuous acquisition of two channels with timing and disk streaming. Thanks

Well, if you are in LabVIEW you can just go to Help->Find Examples and then search for "Voltage - Continuous Input.vi".  That should at least get you started.
