Programmatically Assign Active Plot to Specific Y Axis

I am working with a waveform graph.  I have set it up with two Y axes.  Can I programmatically reassign the Active Plot to one of the Y axes?  As currently configured in my VI, all plots start off initially on the "Temperature" Y axis, but I would like to be able to reassign a varying number of them to the "Resistance" Y axis.  The user sets the number of temperature and resistance channels before starting each test.
