Problems when running a VI

I am trying to run a VI, but suddenly it stops in the middle of the procedure and draws a red rectangle (looks like it is a caution sign) around my while loop.

You have set a breakpoint. You can remove them all be going to Edit>Remove Breakpoints from Hierarchy.

I checked that already.  It is not a breakpoint.  Before this red frame appears the whole area covered by the while loop turns black for a second.

That sure sounds like the behavior of a breakpoint. Why don't you post the VI?

I agree with Dennis, I have only seen that with break points and pausing the VI.  Please post your VI.

Thank you guys.  I solved the problem already.  The VI that I created was using a previously created VI.  I think that some of the values were copied wrong or something.  The problems is fixed now. Thank you very much for your help.
