PWM using USB- 8451

I am using USB-8451 USB to SPI adapter to acquire data from a digital transducer and using DIO lines [0..5] to control solenoid valves.

My question is, if it's possible to generate PWM signal on those digital lines? If not, what USB hardware would you recommend? I have USB-6009. Would that work? How?
