I want to make a simulator of pulsed Doppler radar [transmitter and receiver] using labview ,I am new on labview ,I will be grateful for anyone help me in this task.

OK, mainly the display... the doppler signal processing part is 'just' some added math 😉

Why the first project you want to do is a complex one?

What is the hardware do you want to use?

What is the distance and speed are you trying to monitor?

What precision?

thanks a lot bseguin: the hardware is USRP(2932) I want to build simple project on a place like a lab (range may be few meters speed may be in the range of [0.5 to 1] m/s

Well you have a quite great hardware. I'm afraid that your solution will be in reading a lot of documentation. the learning curve might be a little slower than you wish, but the adventure will be great. 😉
