PDA run-time menu differences?

Hello. When I compile an application with a run-time menu on PalmOS it works fine, but on Pocket PC I seem to have problems. A menu appears with no text, and no response to stylus clicks.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Hi, netyou.

That sounds like a frustrating problem. Can you give me some more information on the menu and how the failure is occurring? For instance, does it seem like the menu is not noticing your clicks? Is the menu title disabled, or are the individual menu elements disabled? If the latter, are they all disabled? Is this the case for every menu, or only certain ones?

Any other information you can provide would be helpful. Thanks.

This is working now on LabVIEW 8 with the new LabVIEW 8 PDA module.

On LabVIEW 7.1, the menus were always empty.

Hi,
The PDA System is Pocket PC 2003 SE, and when i run the .exe with custom menus on the PDA, all menu items are grayed, and menu can't notice my clicks. The .exe is very simple, and when I  switch LabVIEW target to Windows, all are right.
In additions, the menu have titles and elements , and I used PDA 7.1 and LabVIEW 7.1.
     Thanks!

Hi, netyou.

So far I have not been able to reproduce the behavior you're seeing. Would you mind posting your VI so I can try to replicate the problem? Before you post it, please remove any code that pertains to hardware as well as any extraneous parts that don't relate to the menu problem. (In other words, make the code as small as possible as long as the error still occurs.)

In the meantime, I did find a KnowledgeBase that describes a similar problem. I suspect this isn't related, but I thought I'd point it out anyway.
