If anyone is using a PCI 20428 from Intelligent Instruments with labview to make a wave analogic signals, could he mail me VI examples?

Have you gone to the site for Intelligent Instruments? I was there and downloaded the VI's that allow you to use LabVIEW to communicate with the boards. There is an executable that you can run and it extracts the VI's necessary for various operations.

Then click on the "LabView PCI 2000 Data Acquisition Boards Support Library"

This will download the executable to run.
