Have you tried going to www.ni.com/failure yet? NI's support team is generally the best resource for errors such as this. If the error isn't listed then there is an option to submit a support request Be sure to include as much information as you can.

Try updating your video card drivers. Also, monitor your GDI resources -- the error may be the result of these resources running low.
