Hello

I am having a problem to stablish a connection between the OPC NI instruments and my LabView program. 

I have the OPC server running on my computer  and when I try to create the Data Binding via a Data Socket connection for a specific element on my front pannel to communicate with a Tag in my OPC server, LabView begins to search the "OPC Registry" forever so I cannot access my Tags...

i  would appreciate any help

Hi,

There are specific DCOM settings necessary in order to call OPC tags.

One of them is available in this URL

You could also use any search engine for OPC DCOM Settings.
