In-cylinder Pressure Measurement.

Hi,

I am doing In-cylinder Pressure Measurement.  The problem is that that I have to use PCI 6071E with SCB 100 breakout board board for analog triggering. I am using sample clock as shown in VI attached below. Can anyone tell me what will be attached at PFI1 port for clock source or wheather it can be left open. Further over for Encoder channel I use ctr0 port. Hence as per the datasheet screen shot attached  where should I attach the signal and ground on SCB 100 breakout board because it shows CTR 0 SRC, CTR 0 Gate, CTR 0 Out as three ports. It will be graet help if someone could suggest because it saves a lot of time .
