My nisysapi.dll version is 16.0.0.49152 and product version is 16.0.0f0, why is it still have issue??

my  version of the "nisysapi.dll is 16.xx but my version of the mxrmcfg.dll is old about 5.0.0 ,the MAX can not be open. how should I fix it ?

I have copy your attached file to Syswow64 .but now I have other issues, MAX happen unknown exception .
