NI Digital Pattern Editor Save Capture for Comparison

Is it possible to save the data that I just captured (potentially in a register), then capture again and compare the two? I want to see if a new measurement matches the last measurement. I can easily do this afterwards in Labview by capturing all the data, but I was wondering if I could utilize the match function. 

-I want to take a measurement (capture), then take another measurement (capture) and check if they are the same.

Nope, not from the Digital Pattern Editor. You can do it manually or using LabVIEW / drivers
