Where can I download NI-488.2 ver. 15.5 for Windows 10???

It doesn't list a version 15.5  Only 17.6, 18.5, and 19.0

It doesn't seem to care about Win 7 vs. Win 10.

What am I supposed to do if that support page says I have no active support?  "Your NI User Account is not tied to a service program membership. A valid membership is required to gain access to technical support via phone or email."

It doesn't let me request the download.  I'm trying to run an old GPIB-USB-A on a newer Win 10 machine, and it doesn't recognize it.  I've tried 488.2 15.0 (had the drivers locally) and 17.6.

An alternative to getting old drivers is to download the device driver DVD files from NI. It does take some time to find out the right driver release that contains the particular software versions you are looking for.

Example, Feb 2016 driver contains 488.2 v15.5 as per the readme
