#N/A error when write to excel problem

Hi,

Could anyone help me with this problem? I got a minor problem when write to Excel sheet (formatted formula sheet).

I record three sets of data from GPIB instruments, store and finally write to Excel when called. The problem is that I don't understand why there is #N/A written on the fourth row of my Excel sheet, as my sets of data only needed three rows.
Please see attached JPEG file.

Please help me to clearify this if possible.

Thanks,
keng

Your math is wrong on the ending cell address. If your first Cell is A13 and you are writing 3 rows of data, the last cell is G15, not G16 (3+13)
