I think I am going to love user events. If I create a user event like stop. Can I use it in different vi's like this.
Main UI create the event.
Subvi's called dynamically or regular listen for the user stop event.
This way when I close the main vi all subvi's will close.
If this is the way that it works, this will be great. I can implement this functionality into my current project.

Nugget what do you mean Nugget. To me this is a gold mine with miles of of rock to explore.
Thanks for all of the help guys. I am far closer to getting this project off the ground, now that I have figured out user events. I was able to take out a lot of complexity with my code.
Me, LabVIEW and Teststand are all one big happy family now.
