Modulation Toolkit 4.0 update

I have LabVIEW 8.2 with modulation Toolkit 3.1 installed. For a particular application i need Modulation Toolkit 4.0 or later. Can I just update the Toolkit somehow or do I have to install LabVIEW 8.5 ? If i can update it, can somebody please give me the link for the same and tell me the steps for it. Would appreciate a reply asap.
