       In my application i would like to generate single pulse using PXI6733 board with variable pulse delay and pulse width from 2us to 100s.

How it is possible in PXI-6733 board.

The PXI6733 is a highspeed AO module, so you "just" need to create a waveform regarding your requirements and output that waveform.

That device allows upto 1 MS/s (per channel), so it should be able to output pulses with 2µs duration…
